Welcome to The Thriving Eaters Pod

Helping you thrive,  one bite at a time.

Thriving Eaters Pod is a telehealth-based nutrition practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults in developing a positive and trusting relationship with food. We provide support Australia-wide for individuals experiencing feeding challenges, food anxiety, restricted eating, and mealtime stress.

We take an evidence-based, neuro-affirming approach, partnering with families, carers, and support teams to make mealtimes calmer and more enjoyable. Together, we support individuals to grow food confidence at their own pace and to build lifelong wellbeing without pressure, shame, or strict food rules.

Guided by the Responsive Feeding Therapy framework, Thriving Eaters Pod tailors support to each individual’s unique needs and readiness, honouring their autonomy, sensory preferences, and lived experiences while fostering trust and connection around food.

Together, we focus on helping every person not just eat — but thrive.
